It’s about principles, ethics, wasted time, and the utter disrespect I’ve faced repeatedly.
Offering a ₹150 coupon with conditions after consistent service failures and then shutting down the conversation is unacceptable.
@SwiggyCares your “customer support” is a loop of copy-paste replies, tiny coupons, and shutting chats mid-conversation.
Lost ₹500+ due to your failures, offered ₹150 with T&Cs, and then told “best possible solution”.
This is disrespectful. Period.

Your customer service is absolutely shitty, constant suspicion, fake promises, and chats closed while people are typing. This isn’t help, it’s humiliation.
Shame on you, Swiggy. Do better.
I tried reaching higher support.
No direct way.
Went through billing issues. Asked to speak to a senior authority.
Waited 5 minutes.
Then 10 minutes.

At this point, I asked for a refund.
Considering I already had 3 wrong orders last month, I asked them to credit this amount to Swiggy Money so I could reorder.
This was the bare minimum they could do. (7/13)
A human agent finally joined.
It was 12:15 AM. I was hungry, tired, and frustrated.
All he kept saying:
“Please wait sir.”
When I asked how long, the answer was:
“I don’t know sir, please wait.” (6/13)
I ignored it. Took the loss. Didn’t want it to get to my head.
Yes, I lost a lot of money, but I let it go.

In just the last ONE month, I received 3 wrong orders from Swiggy. Every time I complained, support closed the chat on my face.
One day alone, while I was literally begging them not to disconnect, they shut the chat FOUR TIMES while I was typing. (2/13)
