Very disappointing experience with Jio AirFiber. I booked jio air fiber on 6/3. It is not installed yet at my home.
However, the MyJio app shows “Plan Activated” and “Order Completed”, which is incorrect.
@JioCare look into this issue and resolve the status immediately.

@JioCare This has been the shittiest customer experience. If installation itself caused this many issues, I can only imagine the problems later. After this, I’ll never use or recommend any Jio product to my family or friends. @JioCare is this the level of service you offer?

@JioCare First of all my neighbour are using jio airfiber.
Anyway if this was the issue, this should have been conveyed before registration, kyc and payment.
Did your agent didn't know that area was not feasible.

So now jio airfiber CS called me and informed me that my order is cancelled. On asking the reason for order cancellation CS did not have any answer to why my order is cancelled.
@jiocare is this how you resolve your customers issues?
I had very frustrating experience.

Is Netflix server down. I'm unable to login my TV to Netflix.

I'm getting below error when trying to login by link.
Also tried to login via remote but it shows wrong id/pass 😕 but I am using correct credentials

@Lenskart_com Is sharing a mobile number mandatory for entry? If so, there should be a clear notice outside the store stating this requirement. Forcing customers to share their number is poor service—no one should be compelled to give personal details to enter.

Visited @Lenskart_com store today just to check out frames for computer glasses. The moment I entered, staff insisted on taking my number to create a profile.
I politely refused, but they claimed it was their "policy" and I had to share my number to check out items in store.1/2
