@IRCTCofficial@indianrailway__ NO rules for refund via TDR. Filled 2 TDR's and raised complaints too but refund is selected on adhoc basis.

@IRCTCofficial@AshwiniVaishnaw Am just talking about the refund, govt should also consider the pain the senior citizens has to face. Under both PNR/TDRs it only Sr. citizen couple that were travelling & in both cases railway has either delayed the train or the train didnt arrived at the board

@airindia@SelvaDreams These replies are not acceptable. Action needed as there are senior citizens, kids, toddlers and lot many who needs urgent cares. @tatatrusts its a shame on global image.
@timesofindia@the_hindu@aviationbrk seems like there is no rules and regulation for aviation in India. More than 250 people are struggling to go back to there country. Has been at airport without visa's, there passports are also been taken over and still no communication
@airindia@MoCA_India@RamMNK need to bring into notice that flight AI158 that was supposed to take of from Copenhagen to DELHI on 30th Jun is still grounded with technical issues and there are no communications being send to the passengers.

@LabourMinistry who has made the EPFO site. Raising a grievance and following it up itself is a pain. Number of issues are with the site and seems its never been tested from end customer point of view.
