What's real today: the software and all seven makers (three are their own apps), the owner check on minutes, answers with sources, the admin's usage page.
In build: the sealed box (RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell SFF, 24 GB; specification at launch, may change).
Research looks up sources online and podcast voices use a cloud voice; the app labels both.
3D figures animated in code and Blender, music and sound made in code, built with AI-assisted tools; no AI-generated people or voices.
NVIDIA and RTX are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation.
Introducing ANVE.
I've been building a private AI office in a box: seven AI makers (minutes, documents, decks, private GPT, research, UI/UX design, podcasts) on one box that sits in your office.
This film is the night it's for: a junior CA, a 10 AM audit-committee pitch, and an NDA that says no public AI.
The software runs today. The sealed box is in build. (thread)
3. Who used AI today?
Partners ask it and usually nobody can answer. In ANVE the admin sees every model call: who, which app, which model, and whether it ran on the box. Only the admin sees this page.
Fictional firm, screens recreated, example data.
I don’t know why these large firms, incubators and enablers are so obsessed with YC. Why can’t we build something like YC here in India for Indian Founders. We have everything from capital to talent to ecosystem, only thing I guess lacking is the intent. Think in it @themastersunion, I strongly believe you have the caliber to do it.
motion-pack v0.3.0 is out: the open-source kit our AI agents use to make our videos.
New: storyboards and an animatic before any render, plus a check that reviews the frames for readability.
50 transitions, 139 layers, 301 sounds, all code. MIT + CC0.

CA firms run on confidential client files and a GST deadline every month.
So files end up in public chatbots. Nobody knows who sent what.
ANVE keeps the AI in your office and logs every AI call by person.

(Made in code; the box is a render.)
When an AI makes a video, we usually check only the picture. I wanted it to check the sound too.
So I added listening to motion-pack. It checks the soundtrack of a finished video the way an editor would: loudness, clipping, sync with the cuts, and whether the music actually builds. When something is off, it says where and how to fix it.
On one of our own clips the music sounded flat. After the fix, its loudness range went from 1.2 to 2.9 LU.

@nkechiiregbulem@Sierra_Ventures Congratulations! We’re building ANVE AI, a private AI box that runs agents locally on your own hardware. Would love to connect and share what we’re building: https://t.co/YEnYEb3cpo
Two days ago we open-sourced motion-pack, a kit for making videos with an AI agent.
To test the update, I asked an agent to make a short film about the kit, using only the kit. It wrote the script, designed the frames, animated it, mixed the sound, checked its own audio and drafted this post. Each chapter shows the real file it made.
MIT code, CC0 sounds.
