I haven’t received the compensation amount for one people despite four submissions. It’s been over two months, and although I’ve provided all required details on time, the payment is still pending. Could you please clarify where the gap is?

@MoCA_GoI I got refund after deducting service charges but they assured they will provide compensation of INR 5849 per person that is not yet done. Following up for that since last 2 months

@flyspicejet @DGCAIndia Delhi–Pune flight cancelled on 24 Jun just 30 mins before boarding (Case 10654221). Staff assured full refund incl. new tickets booked. I mailed on 25 Jun, but after 10 days & multiple follow-ups, no response. Request urgent refund + reimbursement.
