Dear Mr @myogioffice @myogiadityanath I am a 75-year-old woman from Yaquitganj, Fatehgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and I am deeply distressed by the continued harassment and nuisance being caused around my trust land.

Despite making multiple complaints and requests to the police and government authorities, no effective action appears to have been taken. Tractors are allegedly bringing and dumping sand on my trust land during the night, and groups of people are creating nuisance and disturbing us regularly. As a senior citizen, I feel unsafe and helpless.

If repeated complaints are being ignored, what protection is available to senior citizens and ordinary citizens from such activities?

@MukeshRajput_MP, I request you to please look into this matter urgently. Are you aware of the alleged mining and land-mafia activities involving Pavan Rajput in Yaquitganj, Fatehgarh? If not, please ensure that the matter is independently investigated and that appropriate action is taken against anyone found responsible.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the law to be enforced fairly.

I request the concerned police and district authorities to:

Investigate the alleged nighttime dumping of sand and movement of tractors.
Take immediate steps to prevent trespassing and nuisance on the trust land.
Investigate why repeated complaints have not resulted in effective action.
Ensure the safety and protection of senior citizens.
Take action against any person found responsible, strictly according to law.
