@AskPS_UK my PS4 won't take the new update file. I downloaded it to a USB stick and it downloads the software but then still says it's unable to start unless it has the latest update. Can I get some help as I've tried live chatting, calling and tweeting and no one is helping...

@AskPlayStation ever since the update released my PS4 will no longer start properly and just comes up with this error message. How can this be resolved as nothing has worked fixing it so far?

@Xbox_Amb_Teagan @XboxSupport When I click ‘do offline update’ it makes the sound of my Xbox turning off but the doesn’t do anything... assuming that’s the best I can do and that I’ll need to get it repaired ����

@XboxSupport hi, have had both error codes E105 and now E101 come up on my Xbox when I try to turn it on. Won’t let me do an offline update using my hard drive. Any ideas or does this mean it needs to be repaired?
