When attempting to play in the realm, it pops up with the ‘Connecting to server’ message, which immediately disappears. Other realm members can access on Xbox and on iOS. Any ideas?

@MojangSupport Hi there, we’ve been unable to access our realm on a PS5 for the last 3 days. Both PS5 and realm are on latest version. We’ve tried uninstalling and re-install the app and nothing changes.

@DisneyPlusHelp @DisneyPlus Thanks for getting back to me. I currently can’t access that page - getting redirected to the preview for Disney hotstar. In the app I get a service unavailable notice too and can’t open my profile. Ia there another way I can access the chat?
