@zeeg As other said, the Alan wrench at the bottom will let you manually rotate it. I highly suggest also having needle nose pliers (probably someone else for that part) to hold onto the screw to pull it up in the split second it may get loose.

@VicVijayakumar Yes. Personally I wouldn’t take on that loan again as the freedom of owning my house outright is worth more than the ~5% I could get by taking out the loan and putting it out on stocks.
