They immediately responded. After looking into it the response they said this is not our policy. Shame on you Amazon
I will reduce my orders to $0.
had I just bought directly from Nespresso and I had a problem with delivery they would replace and refund no question.

Again customer service fraud.
Package delivery never happened, so they said they were sending “free replacement “ but no refund on first item not delivered. How does make sense! Customer service training.

Third time in weeks package says delivered but no photo
Usually means not delivered as was in this case.

it’s taken me one hour to talk to customer service and for them to resolve this. They keep changing the story, delivered to wrong house, wait one more day. BS
