@tfwrail Are you going to hold the Cardiff to Holyhead service at Cardiff for the passengers connecting of the Swansea to London service as it's stuck behind your late running Cheltenham service
@tfwrail Your slow local train was holding up the fast GWR train, but my main issue is that both the GWR service I was on and Your Holyhead service were on the platform at Cardiff at the same time opposite each other but you let the Holyhead service
@tfwrail Thanks for not holding the Holyhead service even though the Swansea service was on the platform at Cardiff at the same time, and it was your 15 min late and holding my train up why do you never hold connections
@tfwrail I assume the 0953 Cardiff to Manchester train will be held for the late running 0913 train from Port Talbot as you have decided to cancel this train at Cardiff.
@tfwrail Are you going to hold the 1143 Rhyl to Cardiff train as the 11 am coach from Llandudno Junction has not turned up yet and there are alot of people waiting
@tfwrail The person who made that decision needs to email me and explain their actions and why they decided to do things they they did because there are about 50 people in the same boat as me
@tfwrail No, my train was cancelled because you decided it needed to go back north. The train was working fine, so you decided it needed to go north, and what factors are entailed in not holding a train about 3 minutes so we can connect with it? I know that train had no other connections
@tfwrail But no, now another 50-minute wait to add to the nearly 4 hour delay that you have given me today. Thank you. What I can't understand is why you don't hold the train in Cardiff for 5 mins if you know people want to connect with it
@tfwrail Bus just turned up on way to Rhyl now . What's the point of having a bus connection? When you don't hold your trains to connect with the bus that you put on. You have now cost me to miss my connection and i know have to re route with a 2 hour delay
