For clarity:
- I don't support 45 whatsoever
- It's fine if you do/don't take medication; just stop forcing your preference onto others
- Most importantly, your ADHD 🧠 has amazing strengths. Learn them + leverage them for your benefit.
We're in this together!

Love, compassion, & support to all of those who had horrible experiences w/ or w/o Adderall.
Individual biochemistry varies, which is why there are multiple types of medication to help w/ ADHD.
I can't & won't respond to replies, because it's overwhelming for my ADHD 🧠.
You could easily reword this thing w/ 45 as, "He's a fool & it's a damn shame he misuses Adderall because it legitimately helps some people. He's just adding to the stigma."
Then, we could actually discuss the systemic reasons why people misuse substances and issues w/ dx.🤷🏿♂️
We all know some folks misuse Adderall; there are people who misuse just about anything. Move the hell on to a better point.
Constantly repeating this every month w/o discussing benefits along w/ costs increases stigma.
Don't we have enough got damn problems? Why fuel stigma?!
There is a lot of stigma behind certain medications–or medications in general–when it comes to ADHD + some other neurodivergent profiles.
That stigma exists for those who use it as prescribed & those who misuse it.
Stigma often prevents people from getting the help they need.
