I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser to someone with more boundaries it’s so weird, because it’s hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re just listening to your own feelings because you’re so used to this only thinking about others

y’all fr gotta stop acting like having mental disorders is cute. yes, its easier to joke to help cope but y’all got to realize ts is miserable & real & ppl have to live w/it everyday. acting like it’s a silly joke discredits so many ppl that struggle with sharing their experience
