Had a great first tournament with my new teammates in VA beach. We went 5-1 on the weekend. I was able to lay down a couple of great bunts this weekend and ended the weekend with 14 innings on the mound. @Vascrappers @AllenWoodTow

Had an amazing hitting clinic today with Kerri Cobb Harrison,Tommy Harrison, and Bobby Wills and finished with a pitching lesson with Kerri. Got some good swings and reps in before our scrimmages this week for Byrd 🧡🐾

Had a great weekend playing with Breakout at the Triad, NC Perfect Game tournament. Ended up as gold bracket champs with a tight 6-5 game with 2 extra innings and a 7 inning game, ended up with 12 strikeouts for the game, and got MVP for the game! @AllenWoodTow @PG_Softball

What an emotional past week it’s been. I thought I was ready, but I was nowhere close. Our Va Phoenix-Wood 2025’s completed an amazing run at Nationals and even more of an amazing travel ball career. When we started the Va Phoenix, I had nothing to give these athletes but my word and my heart. They all could have played for any team they wished, and was contacted often to do just that. But they gave me the opportunity, and I will forever be grateful. We have laughed, cried, celebrated and embraced all that this game has to offer, together. They all know that I needed them WAY more than they ever needed me. I just don’t have the words, I have cried till I’m out of tears. But I know, it’s time. It’s time to let these Phoenix fly. I know they will continue to be loved in the next phase of their lives. And that’s what has gotten me through these last few days. So to my 2025 Phoenix, Thank You for believing in me and my dream of doing what so many said couldn’t be done. My 3Wood, Aubs, Ash, MadDawg, LeLe, Becc, LA and Adda… Love You, Mean It! 🖤❤️
