I was drowning in hundreds of support messages on TrustMRR.

So I made a simple change: support is now reserved for paid customers ($1 minimum)

Everyone else gets the FAQ + a $1 unlock button

It filters out 95% of noise, so paying customers actually get helped faster now.

Learnt that single clear instruction with a "repeat-until-fixed" loop works really well for this kind of problem. model instructions easily gets convoluted and messy when it fails task consecutively, which consequently deferred it further from finding the solution.
