At end of 72hrs ticket was closed without refund. @Airtel_Ug are tickets opened and closed as a ticket box????

Day 1, last week filled in all documents required and submitted, customer told they will get an email to confirm setup completion.

@stanbicug 9 days later, customer attempts to transact and second signatory approval is required yet bank did not share anything. Why effect change when customer is not fully onboarded?

Another day at the bank and one has to spend 4 hours and still leave when no solutions because IT left🤔
