I’m so disappointed in @united. My daughter is graduating high school. She wanted to go on an Alaska cruise for her gift. But as a result of an over 3 hour delay, we missed the ship and our cruise. Now they are refusing to issue refund or credit of at minimum my airfare. #Fail
