@easyJet You canceled my LGW flights and rebooked fm LTN, now there flights from LGW (which are cheaper than the rebooked LTN ones) but you want to charge £500 to change them back to LGW! Your call centre were useless and 2 mgrs refused to speak with me!

@easyJet I spent 25 mins on hold today whilst one of your customer service agents tried and failed to get 2 different managers to speak with me. My flights have been cancelled and rebooked from SEN to LGW and now to LTN as there were literally no other options.

@BritishAirwaysT I understand its challenging with people WFH but could someone please unlock my account! I've been trying since JANUARY to get it sorted. I keep calling and no one is doing anything. I've wasted hours on hold, told to dial numbers that dont work etc. Frustrated!

@Ocado Apparently our driver is 5 minutes away now! Whilst I'm thrilled my delivery is about to arrive a bit annoyed as I've just got back from th3 shops where I'd purchased eplacement essentials as I'd assumed delivery wouldn't be rescheduled until tomorrow as that was first slot free
