​I was honoured to attend the ground-breaking ceremony for Riven Medical Industries at Rumuosi in Obio/Akpor LGA as a Special Guest of His Excellency, Governor Sir Siminialayi Fubara.

​Having initiated this project during my tenure as Commissioner for Health Rivers State Ministry of Health, witnessing this milestone was both personally fulfilling and professionally gratifying.

​This landmark Joint Venture between the Rivers State Government and Enbay Pharmaceuticals Ltd represents a pivotal step toward transforming our regional healthcare ecosystem.

​Key Strategic Impacts:
✅️​Strengthening the Value Chain: Localizing the production of essential pharmaceutical products to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

✅️​Medicines & Vaccines Availability: Ensuring reliable, sustainable, and affordable access to life-saving therapeutics for local populations.

✅️​Economic & Health Synergy: Demonstrating how Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) can drive both health outcomes and economic growth.
