It is poor presentation manners to use words like: 'As I was saying...', 'Like I said earlier...', 'As you can see...' etc.
It quite rude and demeaning when used most times.

I remember sometimes ago when I was being interviewed by a top tier Bank and told them the then inflation rate at 13.5% is likely to double they were unclear about my thoughts. Today we have it at 22.79%. I wonder what the panelists would be thinking now.
