Madrid fans, this midfield four would actually bring back a strong balance to our midfield.

Arda as the No. 10 because he’s arguably one of the most AM in the world right now. He’s a better passer than Jude and offers more in the final third with his vision and chance creation.

Jude as a CM, where he thrives the most, playing his box-to-box role, carrying the ball forward, and providing a goal threat.

Valverde as the right CM, as usual, bringing energy, intensity, support on the wings, and huge defensive contributions.

João Neves as a deep-lying playmaker, similar to Kroos. He has excellent ball recovery numbers, can control the tempo from deep, is a very good passer with strong long-ball distribution, and is a monster defensively with his tackling, aerial ability, and ground duels.
