I am covering the school fees, feeding and all expenses of 3 distant relatives and one young guy I took under my wings.

Every month end they send expense to my PA who compile and send for approval. This month while looking at the expense it was lesser than the other months. I asked whas happened.

They all reduced their expenses by 40k.. why? They said Tinubu paid them money. Fed Govt pay you money for what? Say na just allowance lmao. I didn't understand then I went and read about it.

What's even funny is throughout my uni days I didn't get a dime from even my state govt but these ones are getting money from Big Fed Govt. Reduced my monthly expenses. What a time to be alive and witness stuffs like this.

I've said it one of the reason I am where I am today was Tinubu when he employed more teachers in Lagos when he was governor, he gave us Anthony Village High School a new Agric teacher who opened my mind to the wonders of agriculture. I even won prizes then as one of the best students in my zone cos it's educational zone script marking.

I am not saying anyone should vote Tinubu in 2027 but these one that collected allowance I don't have to tell them to go and collect their PVC... They know what's at stake already.

I had to leave Lagos for Abuja yesterday evening, but I needed to be back in Lagos first thing this morning. So I booked an airline I normally would not fly, purely for their early arrival.

I paid for business class. This morning, they put me in economy and offered a discount on my next flight as compensation. That is the issue. I do not fly this airline. I only flew them this morning because of an unusual schedule.

When a passenger pays for business class and an airline delivers economy, the correct response is simple: refund the difference. @mikeachimugu01 . You are doing a lot of great work, this system must be looked into. It is a scam in my book. They are eating their cake and having it.

Offering me a ‘discount’ on a future flight is not compensation. I don’t feel compensated, I feel cheated. They are keeping my money and calling it a favour.

It may not look like a lot of money. That is not the point. Nobody likes being cheated, and that is exactly how this feels. I hope this changes. Airlines compensate people with cash for flight delays elsewhere, here I can’t even get my money back for being served less than I paid for.

Small things like this get on my nerves.

One thing I can never do is "forgetting the community that made me".

Many people have come after me, I can count 5 that I've noticed, I'm always happy when they do.

But they mostly get distracted at the long run.
