An agent orchestration platform for customer and employee experience moved off their entire infra from AWS to @northflank after evaluating Heroku, Fly, Render, and Railway.

@VersaiaAi builds an agent orchestration platform for customer and employee experience across voice, messaging, WhatsApp, and chat. They serve enterprises, healthcare, and local government in the Netherlands and the EU.

Results they saw after the move:

1/ Voice engine throughput went from 4–5 concurrent calls per node to 15 concurrent calls per node, roughly a 4x improvement

2/ Compute cost dropped 60%, with no infrastructure to manage

They run their full stack on Northflank today: Go and Python backend services, a React frontend, MongoDB and Redis as managed add-ons, self-hosted Loki, Tempo, Grafana, Qdrant and Dgraph.

Just got back from Singapore where we spent the week with one of our partners in the region, @GovTechSG, the lead agency driving the nation's digital transformation.

Can confidently say Singapore is having its AI moment, just like here in London.

Was a pleasure to meet everyone, and left so deeply impressed by how GovTech is building software at warp speed. The country seems to be building everything else just as fast... I learned the construction crane is the national bird of Singapore. 😆

First time @fr3fou and I ran a hands-on workshop for 200+ developers, helping them onboard onto Northflank.
