Who among you has refused to release my fund?
I used First Bank ATM Card on a UBA pos terminal which declined and I was debited to the tune of N12,470 on 16/02/2023.

I filled a complaint of pos dispense error online with Acct No: 301***5059 on Feb. 22, 2023, in which a ref was assigned - FBN-022022309361404354284 CRM:0132146.
Up till now, I'm yet to get a reversal of the failed transaction that happened over 2 months ago.

Your customer care lines are not even reachable. You guys can do better. This is not how a good bank should be treating his customers
