Imagine three people standing behind the same fence, all wanting to see the same game.

⚖️ EQUALITY gives each of them one identical box. It sounds fair, yet the tallest sees everything, while the smallest still sees nothing.

🤝 EQUITY gives each person the support they actually need. The smallest gets more, and now everyone can see.

🏛️ JUSTICE goes further. It asks why there is a fence at all, and then removes it, so that no one needs a box to enjoy what was always meant for them.

One thing I like about this space is that people are going to tell you the truth, no matter how big you think you are. People’s worldview and perspectives really matters a lot, and that’s the most essential part of life. 🎯
