🔥 We are entering a world where companies will scale revenue faster than headcount for the first time in history. 🚀
The next generation of billion-dollar companies will not just use AI.
They will manage AI employees the same way today's companies manage human teams.
And the companies still treating AI like a chatbot are going to get destroyed by the companies treating it like a workforce.
⚡ Autonoms AI — The Operating System for Autonomous Work
Not AI assistants. Not copilots. Not prompt chains.
👉 Actual AI employees operating inside a virtual company with:
👉 Memory
👉 Routines
👉 Communication
👉 Performance tracking
👉 Hyper-personalized company context
👉 Self-updating CRM systems
👉 Governance
👉 Human oversight
This is not a demo. This is production infrastructure.
👥 The AI employees have names. They collaborate, pass context, escalate approvals, and operate in coordinated teams.
And yes — you can literally talk to them. Chat. Voice call. Assign work. Approve actions. They talk back.
A Real Virtual AI Office
Autonoms runs inside isolated private cloud environments. Your data, your tools, your agents — never co-mingled with anyone else's.
Every AI employee is hyper-personalized on YOUR business data. Not generic prompts. Actual contextual understanding.
The agents refine continuously, as a coordinated team — one researches, one builds targeting lists, one handles outreach, one follows up, one updates the CRM, one prepares meeting briefs, one extracts buying signals, one recommends next actions.
🔐 Human-In-The-Loop Is The Moat
AI without governance becomes chaos. AI with supervision becomes leverage.
When something mission-critical happens, agents escalate automatically for approval. That's the difference between Autonoms and the wave of "managed agent" systems emerging right now.
Most platforms are task execution layers. We built operational infrastructure — powered by OpenClaw, our proprietary agentic runtime. A true Workforce OS.
🚀 First Major Deployment: Autonomous SDR Teams
Fully autonomous, omni-channel outbound — email, LinkedIn, voice calls, follow-ups, reply detection, calendar booking, meeting intelligence, CRM updates.
But SDR is only the beginning. Once the OS exists, any workflow can inherit it — recruiting, support, executive assistants, ops, revenue, research.
🎯 The 3 Things That Actually Matter In Outbound
1️⃣ Brutally accurate ICP identification
2️⃣ Hyper-personalized messaging that feels impossible to ignore
3️⃣ An irresistible offer and CTA
When those 3 align, engagement rates explode. Our AI workforce was built to optimize those variables continuously.
🛠️ The Stack Arrives Configured
Warmed emails, integration set out-of he-box, Omnichannel sequencing, Meeting intelligence, CRM orchestration.
⚡This is the worst Autonoms will ever be! --> https://t.co/O2AWnUElRi

🙋♂️ Everyone’s calling @AnthropicAI's Claude new Managed Agents a “production game-changer.”
I’ve spent a good amount of time with it since it launched last week. My take: maybe not yet.
Not because it’s bad — it’s not. The onboarding is genuinely beautiful:
👉 Describe your agent in chat — it auto-writes the prompt, picks the model, wires MCP tools
👉 Spin up a hosted cloud environment in one click
👉 Connect tools like ClickUp via OAuth (credentials in a shared vault)
👉 Hit “start session” — agent is live in 5 minutes
If you’ve never opened Claude Code, this is the smoothest on-ramp to AI agents on the market.
But here’s the catch nobody’s mentioning:
Your agent can’t wake itself up.
👉 No cron. No schedules.
👉 No triggers of any kind.
👉 No growing context
👉 No inter agent communication (Interoperability)
👉 It waits. That’s it.
You either manually start a session or hit its API endpoint — which means you still need https://t.co/RQp1ott1T3, n8n, or your own scheduler bolted on top. And at that point? You’re better off going straight to the Agent SDK.
An agent that can’t run autonomously isn’t really an agent. It’s a well-packaged chatbot with a longer leash.
Who this is actually for:
✅ New to AI agents? Best on-ramp available today.
❌ Already shipping with Claude Code or the SDK? Skip it.
Outcomes, multi-agent orchestration, and persistent memory are on Anthropic’s roadmap. When those ship, this review gets rewritten.
None of this is theoretical for me. I’ve burned over 180M Claude tokens building the answer for weeks.
None of this is theoretical for me. I’ve burned 180M+ Claude tokens building the answer for months.
🔥 What if most of the team you need was already built — and hiring a new one took a single prompt?
🔥 What if your agents woke themselves up — triggered by time, events, or signals?
🔥 What if every conversation made them smarter — memory that compounds, not resets?
🔥 What if the whole workforce ran in your private cloud — isolated, secure, with full context of your company?
🔥 What if one human expert had your back — monitoring, optimizing, and accountable for your ROI?
🔥 What if you only paid when the outcome was delivered?
That’s not a roadmap. That’s what we’re shipping at Autonoms.
Announcement next week. You’ll want to see this one 👀

🤯 If you told me last month that I’d be lying on my couch “coding” through Slack on my phone just to unwind after a long day… ✨
I would’ve laughed.
But today, that’s exactly what I’m doing.
No syntax.
No algorithms.
No data structures.
No design patterns.
No test cases... etc
Just me, literally chatting with the team of engineers I built on OpenClaw…
... and they ship the work in seconds.
And before anyone thinks I’m exaggerating, I’m not. This is my actual workflow now.
Turns out I was actually slower to adopt this new reality because I genuinely love coding and building but I’ve embraced it, and it has made me a super version of myself.
We’ve officially entered the era where software development feels like texting.
It’s an unbelievable time to be an inventor. 🔥
🔥 Most founders are wasting money on cold outreach.🔥
Here's the hack smart companies are using instead (and it's embarrassingly simple): I call it the Hot Post method.
Forget the old playbook:
→ Define ICP
→ Search LinkedIn
→ Send connection request
→ Pitch in DMs
→ Get ignored
That still works — but only at scale, and scale costs money.
Here's what's working right now:
Instead of hunting your ideal customer directly, find the posts that are already attracting them.
Your competitors and peers are publishing content that acts as a natural lead magnet for your exact ICP. You just need to show up in the comments and DMs.
Real examples:
🔹 Founder looking for investors? Don't cold email VCs. Find other founders posting "We just hit $1M ARR" or "We're raising our seed round." The investors commenting? Those are your warm leads.
🔹 Investor looking for founders? Post or find posts like "Investing $250K pre-seed in 2 AI founders." The comments are flooded with exactly who you want to meet.
🔹 Recruiter hunting rare talent? Find a hot company's job post on LinkedIn. The applicants commenting are pre-screened and interview-ready — better than any search filter.
🔹 Job seeker? Find the emotional post from a senior Google or Meta engineer who just got laid off. Hiring managers offering fast-track interviews are already in the comments. Get in there.
🔹 Dev shop or AI company selling to founders? Use investor posts as your hunting ground. Founders actively building are right there, engaging in public.
Why does this work so well?
Because these people are already in motion. They're not cold. They have intent. They're actively seeking something — and if you have what they need, the conversion almost happens itself.
This isn't theory. It's working for us right now. The even more interesting part? AI can find these hot posts for you — 24/7 — before they go cold.
We built a system at Loubby AI that identifies these posts, researches each prospect, and sends hyper-personalized outreach based on their specific situation. Fully automated. Outcome-based pricing (you only pay when it works).
We're onboarding a few businesses to test it free for a full week. If you want us to set it up for your business → comment "Hot Post" below 👇 .
I’m done experimenting with OpenClaw in a sandbox. 🫡
It’s time to plug it into real systems and .
Real emails.
Real cloud infra.
Real accounts.
Now we test what this actually looks like in an enterprise environment.
My plan: replicate the same AI agents/teams we’ve built for businesses across virtual assistant use cases — but this time using OpenClaw as the core runtime.
And I’m going to evaluate it properly 👇
What I’m comparing:
- Ease of setup
- Performance under load
- Accuracy of outputs
- Enterprise readiness (security, governance, scale)
- Human-in-the-loop support
- Efficiency (cost + compute tradeoffs)
- Security in the enterprise automation context
Use cases I’m recreating:
• LinkedIn cold outreach + follow-ups
• ICP contact list curation + enrichment
• Multi-step research agents
• Inbox triage + response drafting
• CRM updates + reporting loops
• Data Insights
• Knowledge bag rag
I’ll build these one by one and share high-level observations publicly.
No hype.
Just real-world testing.
If OpenClaw holds up in enterprise scenarios, that changes the game for some of our AI offerings.
If it doesn’t, we’ll know exactly where it breaks.
This should be fun.
Follow along.
Nowadays everyone is asking: "How do we use more AI to achieve our goals faster?"
But we're collectively ignoring the harder question: What happens when no one's watching?
AI agents are powerful. It writes code very well now. It sells. It books meetings. It handles support. It analyzes data.
But it also hallucinates. It makes confident mistakes. It misinterprets edge cases. It optimizes for the wrong metric.
And when you're a serious enterprise with brand equity, regulatory exposure, and millions (or billions) at stake… you don't just let AI run freely. You supervise it.
The most important job of the AI era will not be "prompt engineer." It will be Human-in-the-Loop Operator. Enterprises will need professionals who can:
• Review AI outputs
• Approve decisions before they go live
• Monitor agent performance
• Optimize workflows
• Ensure compliance and brand safety
• Measure ROI and continuously improve results
Even when AI works 95% of the time, that 5% matters more at scale. And the bigger the company, the more critical the oversight.
AI agents will execute. Humans will supervise, refine, and elevate. That's the future.
No matter your role. No matter your industry. Start asking yourself every single day: "How can AI do 70% of my work — and how do I become the person who manages that 70%?"
If you're in sales, let AI handle research and first outreach. If you're in support, let AI resolve repetitive tickets. If you're in operations, let AI automate reporting. If you're in recruiting, let AI screen and shortlist.
Your value shifts from doing tasks to designing, supervising, and optimizing systems. That's leverage.
We recently launched our AI workforce training program focused on building and managing AI agents. Over 6,000 people applied — not because AI is trendy, but because people can feel the shift happening and seen what we delivered in the last cohort. If you want o be part of it regardless of location or years of experience apply here - https://t.co/tg6hfiIcWw
The real opportunity isn't just learning AI tools. It's learning how to deploy them, govern them, and make sure they actually drive ROI.
And we're not just providing AI to companies. We're providing the best Human-in-the-Loop talent to work alongside those AI agents — to monitor, optimize, and make sure performance keeps improving.
Because AI without governance creates risk. AI with elite oversight creates scale.
If you want to stay relevant in the AI era: Don't compete with AI. Don't ignore AI.
Master it. Multiply yourself with it. And position yourself as the operator who makes it perform.
That's the most important job of the next decade.

Google was the discovery engine for 20 years. AI is next.
If AI can't see your business, your business doesn't exist.
People stopped Googling. They ask ChatGPT now.
Traditional SEO = browsers
AI SEO = LLMs
Are you ready? 🧵
We just broke the most expensive lie in enterprise AI:
"Pay upfront, hope it works later, and then pay forever for something you never truly own."
We know, because we've seen the proof firsthand.
💡After training 4,000+ AI automation builders, helping 60+ companies automate their workflows, and watching 800+ AI agents go live in just 8 weeks, we discovered something critical:
⚡The biggest barrier to AI adoption for most businesses isn't AI itself - it's trust, economics, and knowing where to start..
Businesses fear buying complex solutions that don't work. Builders struggle with distribution and scalable monetization.
That's why today we're launching Autonoms AI - The first escrow-backed marketplace for ready-made AI employees.
Results first. Payments follow proof. Builders monetize at scale.
The Autonoms AI Advantage
🛡️ Zero-Risk Escrow Protection

✨ The Tools Are Fast Changing, The Ultimate Winners Are the Learners💡
@OpenAI just unveiled Agent Builder, and as always, the internet reacted like it discovered fire.
“@zapier is dead.”
“@n8n_io is finished.”
“No-code is over.”
Every time something new launches, people rush to declare the end of what came before. However, that is not how innovation works.
If you have ever built real automations for real businesses, you know the truth is rarely that simple.
Each tool plays a different role in the ecosystem.
Agent Builder represents a major leap for AI-native workflows, where logic and reasoning drive the process. Yet most organizations are not just building reasoning systems; they are wiring CRMs, spreadsheets, APIs, and countless connections that keep operations alive.
That is not “AI magic,” it is integration craftsmanship. Tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier still shine because they have mastered the messy middle: triggers, authentication, retries, and all the silent plumbing that keeps systems running reliably.
So no, they are not dying. The automation stack is evolving.
We are entering a new era of software, one in which products are assembled rather than coded line by line, workflows are built in days instead of months, and a single automation expert can replace ten repetitive roles while delivering results faster.
Organizations that understand this will dramatically cut costs and move with greater speed, while those that do not will spend months and millions solving problems that a single AI-enabled builder could automate in hours.
This is not just a technical shift; it is a talent revolution. Companies now need builders who think in systems, speak both human and API, and design workflows that combine AI logic with business automation.
It is not traditional software engineering.
It is AI-native automation engineering, and it is redefining what “building software” means.
Here is the real shift:
the winners are not the ones betting on a single tool, but those mastering how all of them think.
Learning automation tools today is like learning programming languages. Once you grasp logic, inputs, outputs, and conditions, every new platform becomes easier to learn. You begin to see patterns rather than platforms.
That is why curious learners, the ones exploring new tools every month, will always win. The next “big thing” will not intimidate them because it will feel natural.
So instead of asking which platform will win, ask yourself:
👉 Am I learning fast enough to keep up?
👉 Am I building solutions that remove friction and deliver real value?
Tools will continue to change, and frameworks will evolve. However, the builders who keep learning, who can move between systems and make them all work together, will always win.
😅 Sorry for the long post. I rarely write, but when a thought will not leave my head, I call my AI post writer, and he never likes short posts.
