Friends, I am once again raising money to pay for girls’ schooling in Northern Kenya. It’s been a difficult year, and many in the region have not worked much since the pandemic began. If you have some to spare, please consider contributing. https://t.co/NFkRVYLRnv
Do you think funding science is important? Have you always wanted to be mentioned in the acknowledgments of an academic paper? Help me fund this field season by buying something from my list https://t.co/cSfJczb5Wb
Just three more days to get in your application for the 2024 Koobi Fora Field School 1st round deadline! Come join us for another great field season this summer #paleoanthropology#fieldwork#KFFS2024

I’m teaching an #ExperimentalArchaeology course this sem. Today we made fibers and started drilling eggshell beads. We’re gonna look at the wear after creating the beads, wear them on the strings we’ve made and see what that does to the wear from the making.
The new school in Ileret needs our help. Anyone who has worked here, studied paleoanth, knows that this region is remote and poor (in$$). Gov help is not enough to get the supplies needed. Any small amount helps. Our goal is $1000.
@Rebecca_M_Dean Sounds like mom has a new pet! Bonus: they eat ticks and don’t get rabies. (Seriously, your mom is living the dream that about 3/5 of my friends want)
@harleysalicent@acechhh Osteopathic doctor and physical therapy. Look for D.O. To designate a doctor of osteopathy. I have been going to an osteopath for over 20 years for sciatica and neck issues. I rarely have flares and I don’t have to worry about dissected arteries
Any MSA/Middle Paleolithic arch researchers want to do a research Q&A for 20-30 minutes with my class on Life in the Pleistocene this semester? #archaeology#MSA
