I see a lot of back & forth about DNA test and I just laugh. A generation that has built everything about itself on sex is fighting over DNA. You guys are really funny, you meet someone today & that very night you guys end up in bed,
The Herd(One of the best Nollywood movies I've seen is now on Netflix. If you've been kidnapped or had a close shave with it, watching this may give you PTSD. Asides that, it's a great movie. 100 recommend
Sentencing Nnamdi Kanu to Life Imprisonment is hypocritical, wicked & unfair. NK is imprisoned, Sunday Igboho is wanted but Terrorists are roaming freely, kidnapping & killing at will. And you guys are meeting & dining with them. The partiality is really smelling. What sort of a country is this?
Then we have men who want to be waited upon when their wives deliver, do you know what it means for a woman to bring forth life? Do you know what child birth does to a woman’s body, her psych? We should ask you how you’re doing like you also carried the child on that 9month journey with her.
Can you men be more sympathetic to women please? All we ask is deal with us with more grace & empathy.
I have NEVER seen a woman take advantage of menstrual pain to be Rude. A woman can be rude, maybe that’s her character, but that doesn’t mean she’s using her period as an excuse.
This is 2025, educate yourselves please, you have no excuse.
There’s been a message making the rounds of an MOG talking about Women attitudes when they’re on their period. That message is not new, the first time I heard it, I refused to pay it attention because I respect the MOG. But now that it’s back, I feel I should say something about it.
It’s really not fair for men to speak about an issue they have & will NEVER experience. It’s not fair. You have NEVER walked a mile in a woman’s shoes, so how would you know where & how it pinches. If I tell you this is how Menstrual pain feels, can you relate? That’s how one man was telling me, Menstrual pain is a thing of the mind, which mind? A pain you have never experienced??? What gave you the Audacity to think you can talk about it?
And should we talk about, how patriarchy & society have taught & raised women to be silent. No matter what a woman is going through, she dare not show it or talk about it, because apparently there’s virtue in her silence.
Joke why are you not smiling? I should smile to make you comfortable while I’m nauseous, in pain, stained, with my insides fighting for its life, with a heavy blood loss, and on top of this, I’m expected to show up at work with a smile on my face, is it to earn my strong woman title?
I saw the herd today & I’m in awe with how good it is. Daniel Etim Effiong outdid himself in this movie. This movie is not hyped enough. With all due respect, I didn’t know Daniel had it on him. This movie is so goodddddddd. The acting 💯, the lighting, the story , everything was excellently done. I’m so gasseddddd, it’s being a while I’ve seen a Nollywood movie this good. I hardly have a complaint. Needles to say, at the end of the movie everyone in the hall gave a rapturous clap. I expect the awards to roll in, during the award season. And Daniel, please give us more of this! You're way beyond the romantic roles you're known for.

Dear believer, As you’re watching “love” in every word, and admiring their ‘love story,’ I hope you know the one that contradicts your faith. I hope you know there’s no such thing as cohabitation before marriage. I hope you know there’s no sex before marriage. I hope you know there’s no kissing, smooching, touching, or intimate body contact before marriage. I hope you know that exposing your breasts or dressing seductively contradicts your faith. I hope you’re not just watching blindly. 👀
Then the acting, Bambam was slurring her words damn too much, Odogwu did not look or dress like one. And for a movie which was sold as the Wedding, the wedding was basicccccc. I expected something grandiose and big. The only thing I liked at that wedding was the music. Their wedding outfits were a total failure, we all know the beauty of Igbo weddings, and this movie did not do justice to that. You would think, they would have hired stylists/experts to at least nail the fashion, but alas!
Before I sound like a hater, I applaud Omoni for cashing out from this movie series. Well done to her for nailing all the brand endorsements & sponsorship.
If you want to see this movie, see it while you while away time, it can be playing in the background while you do other serious things. And ladies please, this movie is just fantasy, real-life is not Cinderella.
I saw love in every word 2 so you don’t have to, here’s my review of it. I watched part 1 like many of us, and I didn’t like it, but interestingly, I was looking forward to the sequel probably because of the hype. But I was disappointed.
It was a hard watch for me, there were too many misses, the story line didn’t make sense. How is it possible that Chioma has never met her MIL, do they want us to believe that Obiora doesn’t even have a picture of his mom on his phone or in the house? A Mum he’s super close to? Come on, are we 5? Chioma’s Mum & her MIL live in the same area yet they’ve never visited and families has even exchanged wedding list. I couldn’t look past that, and honestly, it went downhill from there.
Patience meeting Chioma at the resort was too convenient; their discussion, cringe worthy, how does Chioma tell a total stranger, her life issues? Or is it just me that saw that weird? And please where’s Odogwu’s local accent that fascinated people in part 1? Somehow Odowgu can now use and speak correct English grammar? LOL. The whole story felt like it was written by a child.
Then can we talk about the adverts in this movie? My God! As far as I’m concerned, this sequel was just a promotional for the sponsors, the adverts were too obvious, and it wasn’t well done. For example, Who says, “Bring the Mamadoor Oil”, when the only oil there is Mamadoor? Who says that normally?
Omo it won’t make sense if Kanyin & Muna get back together tbh. Kanyin never loved him, she took him for granted throughout the duration of their relationship, to her Muna was the safe choice. IRL, this doesn’t happen.
that Churches organize? Abeg with all due respect please have several seats Sir.
I get that there are a few bad eggs, but they doesn’t mean we should throw the baby out with the bath water.
The Nigerian Church is not your problem. Selah!
Last week, former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s message at Bishop Mike Okonkwo’s 80th birthday was trending and for the most part, people were hailing him for the things he said.
I finally listened to the message today & it left me livid.
God given opportunity you had for 8 years? Nowadays it’s so easy to criticize the church for the failure of the Nigerian state. The church has done more for the people than our government. Is it the free schools, scholarships, medical outreaches
