From the combining both definitions above, DePIN Tokenization is the process of converting the revenue-generating potential of a decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN) assets into digital tokens on a blockchain.

This transforms the future earnings or utility of these assets into tradable, blockchain-based tokens, enabling as liquid collateral for credit loans.
