@pigletish I tend to find mine is worse at night/in the morning but had been much better since I started sleeping with a pregnancy pillow (between my legs). Wake up with less hip pain/ache.
I know the most important thing right now is practical support to sort the crisis in the NHS but I can't help thinking about the long term, long lasting impact on the mental health of nurses and doctors, given what they're experiencing right now. It's heartbreaking!
Also to those starting their Clinical Psychology journeys...these photos were taken 11 years apart (almost to the date!). It has been over a decade but it's been an amazing journey (both professionally & personally) so all I will say is, you don't have to rush it, enjoy it!

As I'm about to start my first job post-qualified, I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the placements/supervisors I've had over the past 3 years. I consider myself incredibly lucky, that despite the added challenge of Covid and not meeting some teams in person, 1/2
Yesterday was our last day of teaching before we officially finish the DClin in September and start new jobs as fully fledged Clinical Psychologists. It's been a strange but wonderful journey with an added sprinkle of a worldwide pandemic but couldn't have asked for a better 1/2
