📢 Important Announcement #BTSinKL

After months of ongoing discussions with Live Nation Malaysia (LN MY), we would like to share an important update with Malaysia ARMY.

As fanbases that submitted fan project proposals, we have been informed by LN MY that there will be “No official fan projects for BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ in Kuala Lumpur,” in line with the position taken by other Live Nation organizers worldwide.

Following multiple reminder emails from Live Nation Malaysia (LN MY) regarding safety concerns and potential disruptions to the show's flow, we have reviewed and adjusted our plans accordingly. Please take note of the following updates:

1. Hand Banner Distribution
•Hand banners will be independently organised and distributed by fanbases as a gift to fellow ARMY.
•Each hand banner measures 30 cm × 15 cm.
•Distribution will take place away from stadium gates, entrances, queues and congested areas.
•Volunteers will help keep pedestrian pathways clear, with consideration given to the other event taking place at Unifi Arena on the same dates.

2. Jin & V Birthday Song Wishes
The planned birthday song wishes during the ending ment have been cancelled to respect the concert flow. (Both Jin and Taehyung fanbases had been agreed and informed).

3. ARMY TIME
The planned coordinated sing-along activity has been adjusted. Our focus will be on showing ARMY banners during the designated screen time provided by the artist team.

4. Other Fan Activities
Any remaining activities will follow the natural flow of the concert. No additional gatherings, movement or coordinated activities requiring concertgoers to relocate will be organised.

LN MY will not be involved in the planning, coordination, distribution, or execution of any fan-led projects. Each participating fanbase is responsible for its own activities and for ensuring compliance with applicable venue guidelines, without disrupting concert operations, security procedures, or the safety and movement of concert attendees.

Our priority remains welcoming BTS back to Malaysia while respecting venue requirements and ensuring a safe and comfortable concert experience for everyone.
