@Hermesparcels update on previous tweet. You delivered my parcel to a completely different address 1mile away. My parcel was opened by someone else but luckily they dropped it off for me. I suggest you contact me ASAP
@Hermesparcels I had an item due for delivery today and on my tracking it is saying it has been delivered and signed by someone else. I’ve been at home all day and my neighbours have not accepted any package for me. As usual I am unable to call your customer services.
