Once had a funeral policy. 2022 my cousin died. She also had her own cover same company. When we went to claim they told us they can't pay twice for the same person. We had to choose which cover gets paid out, 😂🤣🤣That green company.

@Tsholo_Blacki So sorry to hear this🥹 the company is ‘suppose to check’ with the life insureds ID number how much cover is already in place, so they can cap it. This should happen at inception, not claim stage. Hope you got your premiums back x
