@missjack505 @AdmiralUK @MartinSLewis They deadlocked me even though they haven’t finished the repairs and indeed at one point they didn’t even know where my vehicle was. I had no choice but to contact the Ombudsman as that’s all they told me to do. They haven’t contacted me for weeks.

@AdmiralUK @MartinSLewis Well we are now entering month 4, having had my accident 2nd November and still no date I will get my vehicle back. But worse of all no one listens to the elements of my complaint. Agents don't do as they promise and they ignore requests

@AdmiralUK_query I already did that on 16th August, all that happened was an agent contacted me told me my vehicle wouldn't be ready for Christmas, so I had to cancel our trip. No follow up so just waiting till my 8 weeks are up and see if @TheFCA ombudsman can help

@Stevie1316197 @AdmiralUK I contacted them 2nd Nov, raised a complaint 2nd week December, the third party has only just got their car back and I'm looking at February for mine at the earliest. If I had known in November I could have scorn'd it. Causing so much stress

Anyone had problems with @AdmiralUK in terms of time taken to fix damaged vehicles. I had my accident 2nd November and still don't have a date my vehicle will be ready. The person I caught who only needed a new bumper is also still waiting for his repair.

@YodelReviewPG Mark was supposed to be dealing but as I said he didn’t acknowledge the photo of the parcel nor the video

@YodelReviewPG I sent the video footage of the driver delivering to the wrong address and not waiting for the doorbell to be answered. Also where the parcel is now but I haven’t had a reply. So it appears no one at Yodel cares about this poor gentleman’s parcel.

@YodelHelp_x This is my issue I now have a parcel that Yodel delivered incorrectly, because they ring the bell, leave the parcel and drive off without giving time for me to get to the door. I have a video of the driver doing it. Not even the right street
