This lovely japanese single malt joins the ranks of the @adelphi1826 collection!

Distilled at Akkeshi in 2018, this whisky spent three years maturing in a first-fill bourbon barrel before it was bottled up in 2023. A release of 253 bottles.

Next up we have our West Highland neighbours, Ben Nevis Distillery.

This whisky has been matured in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, 10 years old and bottled a natural cask strength.

This dram is unctuous and rich.

A distillate that isn’t seen that often these days in the IB world. This is a classic Clynelish Dram.
