Last summer with the boys definitely one to remember always will love my guys excited for what’s next.
Here are some swings below.
I had a pretty solid season on the bump this summer. 8 starts, 5-2 record, 38.2 IP, 31Ks, 3.2ERA, and a 1.6 WHIP. Sitting Upper 70s a majority of my starts this year. Couldn’t have done it though without @PleacherCole behind the plate and the guys behind me on the field
From 69-71 to 77-79 mph, an athlete update from @tgoodyrich🔥
@adenb35 started with Tread last year with a lack of pitching experience but a tremendous work ethic.
Over the last year, Aden has put on a solid 20 lbs and improved his proficiency in the weight room (including going from 220x5 to 350x5 on Trap Bar Deadlift).
As a sophomore, Aden was routinely 69-71 mph and only threw 10 innings during his spring season with 15 BBs and 11 Ks.
When I started working with Aden, he was still struggling with his tempo and missing up in the zone with his fastball.
Through daily communication, Aden began to understand how to move more efficiently on the mound and how to make in-game adjustments.
During his Junior season, he raised his velocity to the upper 70s, topping at 79, and recorded 6 starts with 37 innings and 33ks.
Moving into year two, the goal with Aden is to continue working towards even higher outputs, gaining more athleticism, and clearing up some movement deficiencies in his scaps.
Aden is the epitome of a guy who wants it, and I’m excited to continue working with him on his baseball journey!

A quick look at @EKCDiamonds 17U's Aden Biermaier (@adenb35) on the mound. The LHP went 6 innings racking up 8 strikeouts allowing just 2 hits and 2 earned runs.
