We're too divided and intolerant.
I'm happy to argue for fun, but it's not a great way of moving problems forward. Compromise and working together is better.
@biblioqueer I'm going with a friend, you're welcome to meet up with us. Get in touch if you want to, we'll be in the area somewhere from about 4pm. π
@DehennaDavison More dirty finger pointing from one side or the other, knowing that there are brainwashed people who will join in. Divide and conquer.
Both sides are at it, hypocrites.
@DehennaDavison Both sides point fingers, as both sides are terrible. The lack of accountability in public office is supported by the left and right, because they're both served well by it.
MPs are party servants, not public servants.
@POTUS Why don't we just all get behind the good news and work together to make things better, rather than arguing and making things worse? It's kinda dumb.
We all need to do as much as we're capable off doing, that could be working or contributing more financially.
@dorabinovici @77DigiOpsDCSU26 @MalachiJaiEmet@JewishChron Of course we condemn the attackers, but understanding what lead up to their vile behaviour is essential for future prevention.
The ones to blame are those doing it, stop attacking others. You're quoting what you inferred as fact, there's no point continuing this conversation.
McClaren Hospital where Oxford community is gathered to support the family of Justin Shillings, one of the four teens killed this week. Justin is an organ donor and the crowd is here so that when his body is moved for surgery his family can look down and see the love and support
@MalachiJaiEmet @77DigiOpsDCSU26 @dorabinovici @JewishChron 100%... we can't reach compromise if we can't disagree.
I wish more could debate rather than arguing.
@OfficialNormzy@BorisJohnson I'm sure it's a priority for many people, but not you, so we shouldn't talk about it. It's also good news fir the economy at this trying time.
COVID only from now on... how cheerful.
@joncoopertweets The bible forbids political associations for Christians... they're ignoring the very book they base their faith on.
Our churches also rent out to profit making companies, Jesus would overturn their stalls.
It's clear to me that both major political parties want us divided, it keeps one or the other in power, but can anyone honestly say that this is a better way of moving forward than compromising and working together?
We give the parties all the power they abuse, it's on us.
@BorisJohnson Great news.
Ignore those trying to change the subject, they are clearly heavily biased against you and you'll do no right. You've got plenty biased for you too mind, you can do no wrong for them.
Everything wrong with our system, it precludes compromise.
@LouisArpino@WestminsterWAG That's on us! We elect the government in any case, but you're taking responsibility for people's actions off of them.
The opposition party are equally culpable for dividing us.
@77DigiOpsDCSU26 @dorabinovici @MalachiJaiEmet@JewishChron I'm pretty much in the middle here, as clearly the racism, homophobia and sexism I saw in the 70s and 80s couldn't continue, but now you get accused of these just for asking questions. Baby/Bathwater.
The further left or right you go, the more you end up with the same result.
