This app is insanely farming your entire life when you order this pizza.
I connected my Gmail to order a pizza, and afterward the AI casually admitted it had collected information about my family, closest friends, businesses, travel habits, loyalty programs, favorite restaurants, and even Citi Bike usage.
How fucked up is it that an AI agent tasked with ordering a pizza is digging through your entire personal life?
This is a massive privacy problem with AI agents.
If you don’t work for free at the beginning, you’ll never work. If you do too much work for free in the middle, you’re costing yourself. If you don’t work for free near the end, you’ll work a lot less. I’ve done a lot of pitch and “take” docs for free and have won more than lost.
For IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU, it would be "Don't offload romantic relationships or friendships to AI."
For YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOME NOW: "You're greater than your childhood demons and strong enough to defeat them."
Hey, fellow writers...
If your current storyline had a moral, something that it teaches the reader, what would it be?
MINE: Be careful what you wish for...you just might get it and then risk life and limb to give it back!
YOUR TURN! GO!

Just want to say, with the success of recent book adaptions, I can totally envision THE CITY BEAUTIFUL and THE CITY OF SLAUGHTER as a series that would appeal to fans of THE ALIENIST and BROADCHURCH.
Pilot breaking class where we become a writers room and break a pilot? We’ve been doing features lately but people have asked for pilot. Three consecutive Thursdays at 7pm pst by zoom. $150, learning, fun. If seriously interested, DM. If on mailing list, emails just went out.
Love THE EXORCIST, but didn't find it that scary either.
... any producers or filmmakers out there, potentially interested in a modern retake on THE EXORCIST? ;) I have an idea that's been floating around my head for a while.
Anecdotal, but it seems like people who grew up Catholic find The Exorcist way more scary than those of us who didn’t. I saw it as a teenager and was like “Wait…that’s it?”

It’s Tuesday. We’re returning gear. Currently in a 26’ U-Haul caught up in morning rush hour.
I still can’t believe it’s all this for BUTTONS, a 6-page script. Indie filmmaking is wild.
People need to understand this: these billionaire tech bros teach their children Montessori and Waldorf methods which focuses on teaching kids the ability to focus for long periods, think critically, and be creative, while they push attention-destroying short form videos and AI onto the masses and pretend it’s for the good of humanity.
They understand that your ability to focus and be creative is the main factor of success in the future, yet design apps that degrade those crucial life skills. The average person must be aware of this and resist this at all costs.
@reloaded0086_@thatsitmike@TTExulansic Okay: I changed the appearance of my body, to resemble that of the opposite sex, minus male genitalia. I went through a pseudo-male puberty after starting testosterone at 15.
@reloaded0086_@thatsitmike@TTExulansic So, would you share this same vitroil to a trans man detransitioning into a cis female?
Do a qualify as a cis woman again, when I decide to shave, wear makeup, and dress in female clothes?
@reloaded0086_@thatsitmike@TTExulansic Therefore, I think it's appropriate to set the record straight.
And besides, I'm technically 'detransitioning' by going from a trans man to a nonbinary individual, if you base your interpretation purely on how I present myself to the public.
