@AirtelNigeria I just walked to your office in Oba akran to resolve the issue of my 5G Box despite the traffic, you don't seem to know what you are doing Airtel. You are busy advertising 5G while those that have bought still cannot make use of it. Un serious people
@AirtelNigeria . I bought a 5G Box and registered in your ilupeju office on Sunday. The complimentary data is what has become too difficult for your staff to resolve . The customer service I called twice told me something don't know what to do.
@okpalaekeo Worst mobile network. Wiped off 18G from my line and telling because I had no airtime. The airtime I bought did not go through due to their network and still yet to get my money back
9mobile seems to have forgotten their purpose or vision. Service is nothing to talk about. MB keeps reducing yet you can't use for anything. Very frustrating
