It is a CRIME for a doctor/hospital to delay/refuse treatment to a pregnant woman (or any woman) because her husband has not/did not give consent.

If that woman/baby dies,
The doctor can be jailed.
The hospital can be sued and closed.

Many Nigerians don’t know this.
