Why the Outrage Over Passport Fees?

So many Nigerians are angry that the new international passport now costs ₦100,000. But let’s be honest with ourselves: don’t we gladly pay £7,000 to £10,000 (over ₦14m) as tuition fees in UK universities without complaints?
