@muse_inmotion@EliteSavior why did i read them as having a metallic robot voice right before the dubstep beat drop wupppp wupppp …. i cant stand me hah
A few people asked what I meant, so here's the rabbit hole if you
want it. Fair warning: you'll start seeing the loop everywhere.
The two words to search are "variable reward." It's a 1930s finding
(Skinner, rats and levers) about why unpredictable payoffs hook you
harder than reliable ones. It's why slot machines work, and it's
built into every feed you use.
If you click one thing — Tristan Harris, former Google design
ethicist and a former magician, lays it out in 15 minutes, no jargon:

Prefer it from researchers? A 2025 public-health paper calls the
scroll habit what it is and ties it to those reward schedules:
https://t.co/pb6hSFDd0I
The one that explains the "feel worse" part: it shows the habit
starts as chasing the good feeling and slowly turns into scrolling
just to escape the bad one. That flip is the trap:

For the deep end — why reward variability is what makes a behavior
addictive in the first place:

None of this is "phones bad, log off." Just worth knowing the game
while you play it. Chainsaw says hi.
The 2-word rabbit hole: "variable reward." 1930s Skinner finding —
unpredictable payoffs hook harder than reliable ones. Same trick
that runs slot machines, now in your feed.
Best 15-min intro (ex-Google design ethicist, former magician):

@distributedkv I wage that you begin not to loath yourself so much, that you require external focus to overshadow it. Learn to love yourself, then you can truely love another. That should motivation, for then I would wager you crush any boss level fight after that.
@moonchild23580 I respect them if they do not like me. It changes when they get to know me. Just like I learned to like people that dip their french fries in ice cream. The humanity!
@muse_inmotion Spoiler, they dont. I been known to sport a ankle sock and long sock at the same time. Maybe a gray bottom. Sometimes I mix it up, Dress sock with a regular cotton sock. Been to a church once with holy socks. Depends on the day and mood, and how the occasion fits.
@muse_inmotion Will give it a go then. I also use google flow, and other local image generation. So if they have it more streamlined, and steerable that would be dope.
#grokimagineprompts@grok Holographic Clearance Sticker Glitches Overlapping Within The Shuttered Pharmacy Display
The Artifact of Retail Decay
- Zoom into the dust-caked pharmacy glass where physical abandonment meets digital interference.
- Establish the visual language of the 2026 industrial-trap aesthetic through macro shots of peeling surfaces.
- Set the psychological tone by syncing the initial frame flickers to a low-frequency bass swell.
The Anatomy of the Glitch
- Analyze the iridescent stutter of the clearance stickers as they begin to fracture the reflection.
- Observe how the overlapping holographic patterns create a moire effect that disorients the viewer.
- Introduce the first layer of digital rot where the neon static begins to bleed into the real-world textures.
Rhythmic Psychological Volatility
- Transition from visual observation into a full immersion of the current psychological warfare soundscape.
- Sync the shuttering frames to a chaotic industrial-trap beat that mimics a hardware malfunction.
- Use the frantic movement of the overlapping stickers to mirror the internal tension of modern corporate isolation.
The Chthonic Digital Landscape
- Dive deeper into the shadows of the display where the glitches become structural and permanent.
- Highlight the contrast between the vibrant neon errors and the dead, grey interior of the shuttered shop.
- Frame the pharmaceutical graveyard as a symbol of the larger descent into systematic and technological entropy.
Final Compression and Total System Failure
- Accelerate the flicker rate until the pharmacy display dissolves into a pure stream of iridescent noise.
- Deliver the core message that our reality is now inseparable from the digital decay we inhabit.
- End on a lingering shot of a single sticker pulsing in the dark to leave a lasting sensory imprint.

Haunting liminal horror of a seemingly normal retail clothing store inside Mall World that feels deeply wrong, endless racks of clothes that look familiar but are slightly outdated or belong to previous versions of the viewer, mannequins wearing exact outfits the lost love used to wear, price tags showing impossible dates, flickering fluorescent lights reflecting on polished floors with damp patches, mirrors showing the store empty even when you're inside it, subtle reality glitches, distant 808 echo distortion visible as visual artifacts, teal and corrupted pink color grading, dreamcore dread, photorealistic yet psychologically unsettling, high detail --ar 16:9 --stylize 680
