@scottish_water Irrelevant information , the pump issue was dealt with and raised approx 4pm today and is being attended to- I raised a request for bottled water for residents and still none supplied at 10pm. We have water - it is still BROWN

@scottish_water there’s hundreds of people In these flats with babies and young infants with no water until pumps are fixed. Please advise we are nearly at 24 hour mark. This is a health and safety concern. Especially for feeding babies. Ridiculous.

@scottish_water hundreds of residents inc many children are still without water - can bottled water be provided until this is fixed? Factors will not provide this. The problem was caused by the burst. Factors will only fix the trip
