@O2 Upgraded yesterday, was told could get better deal putting contract on my husbands business account. Now both old phone&new one aren't working, both saying Not registered on network. Went back to shop & was asked to come back at 3.30 even though no1 in shop. Total nightmare

@Matalan I made a purchase on 2/11/20 but my nephew already has these items. I would like to change these for something else (everything still have tags on, still have recipet) but I've noticed on the receipt it says last date for refund is 16/11/20. Can I still exchange?

@DVLAgovuk No1 at the contact centre helps you anyway. I've rang 4 times this week, 1 of the times in tears&still no1 will help. I sent everything in the post to Tax my vehicle on 16/9/20 & its still not taxed despite the cheque being with yous. I have sent everything but you won't help me

@DVLAgovuk I sent all of my Documents to you on Monday 16th November to tax my car because I had been blocked from doing it online. I need my car to be taxed URGENTLY. I need to go to work and have children to get to & from school this is getting beyond a joke
