Dear @accessbank_help, after 10+ years with Access Bank, I was debited ₦15,000 twice for exceeding a ₦10m monthly threshold I was never informed about. I was advised to migrate accounts to stop future charges, yet another debit followed. Kindly review and refund to avert issue
