MH611 to SG on 25 Feb. supposed to depart at 9.10 am, it’s 9.49 am and we are still taxiing. I will miss my 10.30 am. MH, ur tix is not cheap and ur product quality is horrible. Macam mana kita nak support? And KLIA also need to do a much better job at the gates.

At KLIA for the 9.10 am flight MH611 to SG. At gate H8 where passengers on flight to Phuket and Kathmandu are also lining up, at the same entrance. At 8.30 am the lines were barely moving, and by 9 am I and a few others are still outside.
We need leaders with common sense badly

Woke up at 5 am, to catch this flight, to bring my youngest son back home from NY. Delayed to 3.30 pm, then to 5 pm. Now I was just informed that SQ has rebooked me on SQ021 tomorrow on 22 March. Still waiting for the apologies. Looks like I will miss all my meetings on Monday
