@ACShilton Like one of the other posts, I got one in 2020. From Dec. to March I use it for 10 minutes each morning. I ‘think’ it works. If anything, it creates/reinforces a ritual of having a few quiet minutes after I first get up. Read my email, listen to some music, bask in the light.
