Such a good idea!
My coping strategy: I find that exercising before bed actually calms down my mind and helps me sleep better/fall asleep quicker/not rock backwards and forwards with ruminating thoughts for hours.ππ΄

When itβs time to start work, I always drink the same tea and do the same language exercises on my phone to help my brain transition into βwork modeβ
Shame is a terrible motivator.
When I think βI shouldβ¦ [be able to do that simple task, exercise more, be on time, get better sleep, be a better friend],β I feel bad and am less likely to do those things.

@gideunz I came back from a trip a few weeks ago to find our drawer organised like this. π₯° This was my partners new hyperfocus. However now we've run into the problem of actually refilling these (because ADHD ππ§ ), so we're stuck with empty jars. π
