@emtalksfootball Loved going from age 9 (89) because of the swearing! Home was a no swearing zone. Football gave me a dose of reality and grownups venting passionately about everything. It was a release. I miss that these days, but more people can enjoy it as a result so it's not all bad.

Can anyone recommend any private ADHD assessment providers in the UK at all? A friend is really struggling with the NHS referral wait and wants a credible assessment their GP might recognise #ADHD

@HowtoADHD Anytime I shouldn't be sleeping and definitely not in a bed... usually curled up seemingly uncomfortably in a chair with some kind of non irritating background noise... sometimes mod conversation too haha
