When something feels unfair, it doesn’t fade. It loops.
We feel deeper.
We regulate harder.
We absorb everything.
News. Data. Energy.
So yeah… we might be overloaded right now.
Oh I can solve complex problems, lead teams, and improvise under pressure… but that unopened envelope? Yeah, that’s gonna sit there 3–5 business weeks.
ADHD comes in two flavors:
